Registration fee include s the program\, handout materials\, and most meals and refreshments. Some optional events may require an additional fee to participate. Fee does not include sleeping accommodations or transportation to and from the program site.

Cancellation/No-sho w –\; Cancellations must be received in writing 14 days before the pr ogram for a full refund. Those received between 13 days and one day in adv ance are assessed a $100 service charge. Those received the first day of t he program\, and no-shows\, are subject to the full registration fee. In t he event of program cancellation\, FMA liability is limited to the return of registration fees. Photography &\; Video –\; Attendees are d eemed to have agreed to have their image published in FMA publications or online promotions unless they object in writing by the first day of the pr ogram.

Open Houses/Plant Tours &# 8211\; For programs that include a plant tour the host facility reserves t he right to pre-screen attendance rosters and decline admittance into thei r plant. The hosts' decisions will be communicated to attendees in advance (at least 14 days prior to event when possible). If registering 13 days o r less before program start\, registrant should verify with Customer Servi ce staff that they will be allowed on the plant tour(s).
